We're part of the 37 Degrees complex at Double Row, Seaton Delaval, NE25 0PP.

 

We're on the main road, just left of the Fat Butcher.  Parking is in the main car park across the road.

The 37 Degrees site brings together a range of new business start ups, providing space, advice and support.  There's free co-working space and a gym.

 

You're spoilt for choice for food and drink, with the La Giardino Caffe, as well as the Secret Garden which is home to 4 food vendors, indoor/outdoor bars and event space.

Development is ongoing, with new pods and facilities coming soon!  It's all very exciting!
